Weddings at home- part 2

Here is the tent decor from our reception at the residence of our bride.
As mentioned yesterday, rain was threatening so the table setups had to be rearranged.
We were working with 3 types of tables- these highboy cocktail rounds, seated cocktail tables and regular dinner sized round tables. I love the linen treatment on the tables above-- the white was peeking out of the sand colored linen cloth with the "tiffany blue" band.  This helped create the beachy, destination feel to this event.

The flowers also had a tropical feel- this season's favorite pincushion protea, with the gloriosa lily and the circus roses all accented with the votive candles-- once again in the tall glass to protect from wind.

This was the smaller cocktail rounds, the linen cloth to the table accented with the table runner in the "tiffany blue".   The blue was used in very strategic places for a more dramatic effect- a few of the ribbons over in the ceremony space were in the same color.
